Scott Urquhart goes for the Mo’

Hi guys, I promise to start producing serious pieces on science soon, I know some people are interested to hear about our research but that takes time. So for a Friday avo I want to big up Scott Urquhart a local Ironman who is raising money for Prostate cancer as part of the  movember.com appeal. A huge thanks the Hywel Davies for being the first to donate to CRUK via irn-man-vs-cancer. Hywel, a former X-training world champion is now one of the countries leading distance triathletes and an inspiration to millions. Thanks mate, how to you fancy a charity beer and nan bread night? Or more seriously something else, like most distance cycled on an indoor trainer in a week or fastest Landsend to John’o'Groats?
